Seed Path – Wood Element
Seed Path is a Japanese decorative katana inspired by beginnings and latent potential within the Wood element. Its presence feels quiet yet forward-looking, embodying the subtle strength of early intention.
This piece represents the moment a direction is chosen—before growth becomes visible, before form fully takes shape. In the philosophy of Wood, development begins internally. Seed Path reflects that unseen phase of commitment and emergence.
The fittings are crafted from pure copper, offering warmth and natural depth in tone. Genuine ray skin enhances the traditional aesthetic of the handle, while the high-mountain hardwood saya is carefully hand-carved and lacquered to emphasize organic texture and refinement.
The blade is hand-forged from high-manganese steel and undergoes high-temperature quenching to reinforce structural integrity. A bo-hi groove lightens the visual profile of the blade, while a 25-step super mirror polishing process provides a clean, reflective finish. The blade demonstrates resilient structural characteristics consistent with its forging method.
Seed Path is intended exclusively for decorative display and collection, combining symbolic meaning with traditional craftsmanship.
